ja kann man, habe vor einiger zeit mal folgende spotbeschreibungen gefunden:
Shouterly winds:
Unfortunatelly rear to hit Lake Balaton with 15knots or stronger.
Generaly northsore is steadier with chopy water, southsore is gustier with occasionaly shoulder high dunes
Best spots in shouthery ( S,SW ) winds:
-Balatonalmádi and Balatonfuzfo on the northshore (closest to Budapest)
-Szigliget on the northsore (close to Keszthely).
-Fonyód on the southshore
-Szántód on the southshore
-Sóstó on the southshore
Northerly winds:
Same strength like on Lake Neusidler with occasional shoulder high surf on sandbreaks at particular spots.
Best spots in northerly (W-NW,NW, N) winds:
-Sóstó ( 50min from Budapest ) on the southshore
-Balatonfenyves (the windiest spot on the lake, close to Slovenia, Austria)
Thus shouthshore spots are all good for northerly wind sailing.
Some cases you can find good flatwater conditions on the northshore.

Ich selbst war heuer einmal dort (Szigliget): Angesagt 14 Knoten SW, was eigentlich keine schlechte Windrichtung ist, weil der Wind über den ganzen See kommt, hat aber leider nur zum dümpeln gereicht mit 5.8er Segel.
